Dans le cadre d'une mission pour un client prestigieux basé à Genève, nous recherchons un **Consultant Data Privacy** qui rejoindra l'équipe de Protection des Données. Le Consultant contribuera à maintenir les normes les plus élevées en matière de protection des données en vue d'un évènement international qui aura lieu en 2024.

**Vos activités**:
1.Optimiser le data privacy management solution, OneTrust, en:

- Améliorant le questionnaire d'évaluation pour en augmenter l'efficacité.
- Intégrant le Data mapping avec l'outil d'architecture d'entreprise (EA).
- Établissant un référentiel complet de tous les sous-traitants.
- Développant des formulaires et des processus simplifiés pour améliorer la procédure de réponse aux incidents.

2.Monitorer le data processing tracker mis en place avec le partenaire et intégrer les activités dans OneTrust avec l'aide de l'équipe.

3.Proposer un nouveau processus pour recueillir les mesures organisationnelles techniques (TOMs) de tous les nouveaux fournisseurs et collaborer avec le Délégué à la Protection des Données externe en Allemagne.

4.Collaborer avec le Data Governance specialist pour identifier davantage d'actifs de données dans le Catalogue Informatica.

5.Aider l'équipe de Protection des Données à gérer les demandes des personnes concernées reçues dans la boîte de messagerie de confidentialité.

6.Proposer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour suivre la conformité GDPR/FADP et la gestion des performances par rapport à ces KPI conformément aux exigences de l'évènement international.

7.Enregistrer les problèmes et les risques associés à un projet particulier lié à l'Événement et proposer des solutions, en surveillant les risques.

**Votre formation et expérience**:

- 5 ans d'expérience en IT et en gestion des données.
- Expérience similaire en matière de protection des données au sein d'entreprises basées en Suisse ou en Europe.
- Compréhension des opérations techniques et des mesures liées à la protection des données et à la sécurité des données.

**Vos compétences**:

- Excellente connaissance de la General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and new Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)
- Expérience avérée avec un data privacy management software (**OneTrust serait un gros plus**)
- Excellent niveau en Anglais **(obligatoire car contexte international)**

- Expérience de travail dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Le poste est à temps plein (60 % sur site / 40 % en télétravail) pour une durée de 6 mois.
