The **Territory Manager Central (f/m/d)** for Radiometer is responsible for the commercial success and maintaining our high customer satisfaction in the central and northern region of Switzerland (AG, BE, BS, BL, SO, LU, ZG).

This position is part of the Commercial Department located in Thalwil Switzerland and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Forge long-lasting and rewarding relationships with demanding yet highly committed customers.
- Commercially develop and grow your in Vitro Diagnostic Business in a vibrant and well-maintained territory.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional technical and commercial team that is highly skilled and motivated to deliver exceptional customer value.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Work education in a hospital profession or a life science education (BSc degree).
- Ability to work on your own and set priorities in accordance with local strategy and targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships to a diverse customer base (hospital staff such as technical, medical, scientific and commercial/purchase).
- Strong interpersonal skill and collaborative spirit with team members from service, IT, marketing and sales.
- Native proficiency in German (Swiss German advantageous but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English.
- Any level in French and/or Italian is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- a sales representative/commercial position within a MedTec or IVD company.
- working with the Microsoft Office Package and a Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. CRM by Microsoft Dynamics 365).
