Aufgaben

In dieser vielfältigen, kommunikativen Rolle als Brückenbauer/-in mit Management
- und Führungsaufgaben, direkt dem CFO resp. CEO unterstellt, leiten und gestalten Sie vollumfänglich das unternehmensweite Risk Management mit folgenden Hauptaufgaben:

- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines bereits gut aufgestellten Risk Managements
- Proaktives Schnittstellenmanagement durch eine engagierte, initiative und transparente Kommunikation zu allen Mitarbeitenden, GL, CEO, VR und externen Stellen mit Berichtslinien an CFO, CEO und Prüfungs
- und Risikoausschuss des VR
- Pflege und Ausbau eines ganzheitlichen, integrierten RM-Frameworks inkl. Methoden, Verfahren und Governance (mehr verifizieren als eigentliches modellieren)
- Verbesserung unternehmensweiter Vorgaben zur Erkennung, Beurteilung und Steuerung finanzieller und nicht-finanzieller Risiken
- Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung von IKS, Prozessmanagement, Weisungswesen und Überprüfung von Business Continuity-Strategien und -plänen.
- Planung und Erstellung des Own Risk & Solvency Assessments (ORSA) und Koordination mit allen Stakeholdern
- Personelle und fachliche Führung und Coaching sowie weiterentwickeln eines kleinen Teams

Sie verfügen über folgendes Profil, um in dieser kommunikativen Schnittstellenrolle unternehmensweit das Risk Management initiativ und nachhaltig mitgestalten zu können:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Risk Management, idealerweise in der Assekuranz
- Vertiefte, angewandte Kenntnisse in unternehmensweiten Risk Management (ERM) und Finanzkenntnisse, um versicherungstechnische und ALM-Risiken zu beurteilen
- Neugierig, den kritischen Blick für Risiken aller Art, mit «Out-of
- the-box»-sowie in «Big Picture»-Denken und ausgeprägten analytisch-konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
- Gewandte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und Mut, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und vorhandenen Gestaltungsräume zu nutzen und Verbesserungsideen einzubringen
- Aufgestellte, gewinnende, präsentationssichere Persönlichkeit mit frischem Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen,

diplomatischem Geschick und Integrität
- Kommunikativ, kontaktfreudig und integrierend, doch ebenso strukturiert mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen, grosser Leistungsbereitschaft, Beharrlichkeit und Agilität
- Uni oder (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura, Mathematik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildungen in Risk

Management, Finanz
- oder Versicherungswissenschaften.
