Vous connaissez tous les détails de notre menu et n'hésitez pas à partager votre expertise avec nos clients. Lorsqu'ils dînent chez nous, votre accueil chaleureux, la présentation soignée de la table et votre attitude sympathique ne laissent pas les clients indifférents. Chaque jour, vous vous efforcez de fournir à tous les clients une expérience dont ils se souviendront longtemps_._

**Tâches à accomplir**
- Accueillir les clients et offrir un service prompt aux tables
- Servir les plats et les boissons aux clients en leur formulant des recommandations le cas échéant
- Partager votre connaissance du menu pour répondre aux questions et aux demandes spéciales des clients
- Saisir les transactions dans le système MICROS sans erreur et en temps opportun
- S'assurer que les clients sont satisfaits de chaque plat et boisson
- Débarrasser les tables, effectuer les tâches de clôture et replacer les couverts et autres fournitures

**Qualifications que nous recherchons**
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication et esprit d'équipe
- État d'esprit positif et personnalité extravertie
- Une expérience antérieure du service constitue un atout important.

Ce travail nécessite d'être en mesure de soulever et de déplacer des articles pouvant peser jusqu'à 25 lb (11 kg). Il est également requis de se tenir debout ou assis ou de marcher pendant des périodes prolongées, ainsi que de veiller à maintenir une apparence professionnelle soignée dans un uniforme propre. Avant de commencer à ce poste, nous vous demanderons de suivre une formation et d'obtenir un certificat en matière de sécurité.

Niveau d’études: Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.

Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d’expérience de travail connexe.
