**Funktionen**

Als Teamleiter/in bist du ein wichtiges Teammitglied und trägst stark zum reibungslosen Funktionieren des Teams bei. Du leitest die Teams selbstständig und unterstützt den Restaurantleiter bei verschiedenen Managementaufgaben. Du kennst die Erwartungen unserer Kunden in Bezug auf Qualität und Service und erfüllst - oder übertriffst - sie täglich mit deinem Team. Die Position des Shift Leaders ist der ideale Weg, um deinen Karriereplan zu entwickeln.

**Profil**
- EFZ Kaufmännischer Angestellter oder Ausbildung im Hotelgewerbe
- Deutsch fließend
- Französisch oder eine andere Sprache (ein Plus)
- Beherrschung der üblichen Bürowerkzeuge
- Sich mit Zahlen wohlfühlen
- Teamgeist, positive Einstellung und Motivation
- Flexibilität (Abend
- und Wochenendarbeitszeiten)
- Stressresistenz
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Blankes Strafregister und Betreibungsauszug
