**Client Description**

LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement et intérim, spécialisé sur les profils middle et top management, recrute pour son client un Personal Assistant H/F pour un CDI, taux 100%.

**Responsibilities**

Rattaché à la direction générale du groupe et vous avez pour principales missions:

- Gestion d'agenda : prise de rendez-vous, organisation de déplacements
- Organisation de réunions et prise de PV
- Participation aux réunions business et établissement de synthèses
- Mise en page de présentations

De formation supérieure en administratif/assistanat, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire, au sein d'une entreprise financière internationale.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française et vous êtes de niveau minimum C2 en anglais.

Vos principales qualités ? l'organisation, la rigueur, la flexibilité, l'autonomie et le sens relationnel
