Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be a key driver of the total rewards strategy for KA globally. You lead the Global Comp & Ben team consisting of a C&B Manager and a C&B Analyst, in the future the scope may be increased.
You will be a key member of the Global HR Leadership team, your support, advice, and counsel will be crucial to senior management. The position is based in our Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the complete Compensation & Benefits area including but not limited to
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and values.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market data to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement performance-based compensation programs that drive performance and align with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the administration of all compensation and benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants who provide services related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for changes or improvements as needed.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are communicated effectively to managers and employees.
- Lead and oversee yearly global salary reviews for office workers
- Lead the Global Management Incentive Programs and related activities
- Prepare material for the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee
- Coordinate the Compensation Committee
- Process management for Performance Management and Global Mobility

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits area with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
