Architekt/in

You should have:

- a degree in architecture and at least 3 years experience
- CAD knowledge (Archi-CAD) and dealing with specialist planners and entrepreneurs
- very good english skills spoken and written, german or italian would represent an advantage
- good time managment and organisational skills in order to achieve your deadlines
- attention to details and creativity

**Job Description**:
Responsabilities:

- coordination capability at all stages of design from concept to execution details
- preparation of technical documentations at all design stages
- carrying out the technical documentations for obtaining the building permits and authorizations.
- participates in meetings and discussions with beneficiaries and suppliers
- performs 3Ds and renderings following discussions with beneficiaries;
- confidentiality regarding the projects
