- Das Property Management der Flughafen Zürich AG stellt die renditeorientierte Bewirtschaftung und Entwicklung der Immobilien der Flughafen Zürich AG sicher. Es nimmt die eigentümerseitigen Interessen wahr und ist verantwortlich für die Vermarktung, Vermietung und die kaufmännische Bewirtschaftung. Das Property Management ist erster Ansprechpartner für Mieter und deren Anliegen und begleitet und koordiniert Projekte und Mieterausbauten in kaufmännischen Belangen.

Als Contract Manager unterstützt den zuständigen Property Manager bei der Bewirtschaftung des zugteilten Portfolios und vertritt gegenüber innen und aussen die Eigentümerinteressen innerhalb seines Kompetenzbereichs. Die administrative und systemseitige Pflege der Mietvertragsdokumente, eine aktive Kundenbetreuung bei Mietfragen und Anliegen wie auch die Unterstützung in allgemeinen Belangen des Tagesgeschäfts sind Schwerpunktthemen, welche diese interessante Funktion abrunden.**Deine Jobdestination**:

- In unserer Systemlandschaft erfasst du die erforderlichen Mutationen und erstellst die dazugehörigen Dokumente (z.B. Mietverträge, Dokumente für Mietzinsanpassungen, Mieterinformationen, Kautionsunterlagen)
- Du stellst eine lückenlose Datenpflege in den Bewirtschaftungsanwendungen SAP RE/FX, Byron sowie CRM sicher
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Bewirtschaftung eines Liegenschaftsportfolios in Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Property Manager unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Prozess
- und Terminvorgaben
- Durch deine Kommunikationsstärke stellst du ein aktives und konstruktives Kundenmanagement sowie die gezielte Kontaktpflege zu internen und externen Fachstellen sicher
- Die Umsetzung von Team
- und Portfolioübergreifenden Datenbereinigungsaufgaben bereiten dir Freude

**Deine Skills im Gepäck**:

- Du verfügst über Immobilienknowhow mit Schwerpunkt Gewerbeimmobilien oder bist bereit, dir dieses Wissen zeitnah anzueignen
- Von Vorteil hast du bereits eine Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich (bsp. Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung) absolivert
- Du kannst ausgezeichnet mit den gängigsten MS-Office-Anwendungen umgehen und hast von Vorteil auch Erfahrung im SAP Modul RE/FX
- Du hast eine starke Teamfähigkeit und bringst eine ausgeprägte Kunden
- sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung mit
- Deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in mündlicher und schriftlicher Form sowie Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
