Lakera is looking for a**_ Product Designer (UX/UI)_** to lead product design iterations as part of our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join Lakera as our dedicated and first Product Designer to work alongside our Product, Engineering and Marketing teams. This position is open remotely, to designers across Europe and the US.

As a Product Designer at Lakera, you will put your stamp on Lakera’s visual identity across product surfaces. You will:

- Work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create unparalleled user experiences and interfaces.
- Lead the design and development of features that contribute to the overall feeling and experience of the product as a whole.
- Deeply understand our users, their pain points, and how Lakera can solve those to channel their feedback into our products.
- Focus on what you do best — whether that’s sketches, wireframes, prototypes, designs, or code—and you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen the skills you’re looking to develop.
- Execute design reviews and share your work regularly with other teams and company leadership.
- Lead the design and creation of product marketing materials, e.g. social media templates, presentations, banners, logos, landing pages etc.
- Build out your own responsibilities and Lakera’s design team over time.

- Experience leading UX/UI design projects from start to finish, ideally as part of a high-growth startup.
- Your creativity meets pragmatism in ways that build the best possible experiences for Lakera’s users.
- Obsessive customer focus and bringing their feedback into the product.
- Ability to iterate quickly while keeping a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams across locations.
- Experienced with the familiar suite of design tools.
