Pour notre partenaire, une entreprise leader suisse dans son domaine, implantée dans l'agglomération lausannoise, nous sommes à la recherche d'un
**Team Leader Logistique (H/F)**:
**Votre défi**
- Gestion et encadrement d'équipe de 15 collaborateurs
- Préparation des commandes, picking, contrôle des préparations, dispatch des commandes internes /externes
- Mise en place de KPI et suivi de la performance de son équipe avec la responsable logistique
- Être le référent de son secteur vis-à-vis des autres départements de l'entreprise et participer aux diverses réunions de pilotage et des projets

**Vos compétences**
- CFC de logisticien
- Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et à l'aise avec un scanner
- Très bonne mémoire, autonomie et grande résistance au stress
- Excellentes connaissances des flux logistiques
- Vous êtes en bonne condition physique

Date d'entrée : de suite
- Mission : temporaire à 100%, ce poste débouche sur un poste fixe
- Horaire : lundi à vendredi de 09h00 à 19h00
- Votre extrait de casier judiciaire est vierge
- Vous êtes résident sur le territoire suisse (minimum, permis de séjour L valable), proche de Lausanne, un avantage
- Permis de cariste SUVA, impératif
