With this temporary position we want to screen and improve the Damage Repair situation in Switzerland to support the circular process for a sustainable outcome. The opening will be for a part-time offer on a time frame of approx. 5months, starting as soon as possible.

In this golden opportunity, you and the team will together have the possibility to create a sustainable footprint for a new EV Brand. We therefore invite you to work from our office located in Zürich and will include some traveling in the market. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

**What you'll do**

In this temporary role (ca 5 months), you will lead a project to look into to current situation at Polestar concerning the Damage Repair workshop network, processes to create and implement an efficient and sustainable Network.

You will work together with different stakeholders like Insurance company, Polestar Service Points and Polestar Headquarter to have a best possible way to collaborate.

**Who you are**

For this role, we are looking for someone that is a good background in the Damage Repair Business. Is familiar with the repair processes and collaborations with Insurance companies. Collaboration is key in this role and the person needs to be able to have good skills with people. Being able to report the different stages in the project and show progress will be important for the success of the outcome. Communication skills in German is needed, French is meritorious.

At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication. Since Polestar’s in a scale-up phase you thrive by working in a fast-paced environment.
