**Join Our Team as an Esthetician & Trainer**

**Your Profile**:
L.RAPHAEL Genève, a high-luxury Swiss brand, is seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician with a training background to join our team As we expand to new properties, we need a dedicated professional who can deliver exceptional treatments and train our new team members.

**Location**: Based in the heart of Geneva, you will primarily work at our flagship location but will occasionally travel to other locations to provide training support as needed.

**To join our team, you must be motivated, passionate, and excellent in**:

- Facial treatments, Body treatments, Massage, Manicure & Pedicure
- Training and coaching new team members on treatment protocols and standards
- Strong added value if you are proficient in makeup, but it's not mandatory

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Previous experience in 5-star Hotel Spas, Clinics, or High-End Beauty Institutes
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Esthetician
- Proven experience in training and onboarding new staff
- Fluency in English is mandatory, as you will conduct training sessions and communicate with international team members. Proficiency in French is also required (interview will be conducted in both languages).

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming clients and ensuring their well-being at L.RAPHAEL
- Performing exclusive L.RAPHAEL facial & body treatments
- Providing personalized advice on skincare and cosmetic treatments
- Promoting product sales and building guest loyalty
- Tracking and maintaining client treatment histories
- Training and mentoring new team members on treatment protocols, product knowledge, and customer service excellence, both in Geneva and during travel assignments

**Additional Qualities**:

- Strong presentation and communication skills for training sessions
- Flexibility for occasional travel to train teams at new properties

- A strong sense of guest service and hospitality

**Experience**:

- Esthetician: 10 years (required)
- Training experience: Mandatory

**Language**:

- English (mandatory)
- French (mandatory)
