- This position is located in the Russian Translation Section, Languages Service, Division of Conference Management, Department for General Assembly and Conference Management, Geneva. The incumbent works under the general supervision of the Chief, Russian Translation Section.

- A first-level degree from a university or institution of equivalent status is required.
- Job - Specific Qualification
- Passing the relevant combined United Nations Language Competitive Examination for Russian Translators/Précis-writers, Editors, Verbatim Reporters and Copy Preparers/Proofreaders/Production Editors or a relevant United Nations language competitive examination for Russian Translators held before 2017 is required.
