**Your day to day**
Join us as our new Stewarding Supervisor:
Your main duties will be to:

- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and work equipment.
- Take note of, enforce and ensure compliance with the health standards applicable in the restaurant industry, in particular HACCP standards, as well as the internal regulations and health and safety standards within the hotel premises.
- Develop and supervise cleaning procedures.
- Supervise the work of stewards.
- Train new stewards in regards to hygiene rules and ensure that they are respected by everyone in the F&B services.
- Ensure the proper use of various cleaning and disinfection products.

**What we need from you**
From a hospitality background, you have between 1 and 2 years of experience in a similar position in an establishment in the same category and capacity (4- to 5- star, +200 rooms). Ideally, you already have an experience in team management with at least 8 people. You have perfect knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness norms as well as HACCP standards.

You are fluent in English and French. Mastering another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable. Good computer skills (Excel and Word) are necessary.

Highly rigorous and well-organized, hygiene and safety are causes that are close to your heart. Recognized for your strong interpersonal and team management skills, you know how to motivate your team and encourage them to do their best. You’re physically resistant and able to carry loads that may be heavy.

This position is opened to Swiss citizens and work permit holders as well as EU passport holders.
