Apprentice, Detailed Scheduling

Boudry is a manufacturing site, producing bulk and performing packaging of drug products intended for oncology. Goods are distributed all around the world

In this position, the apprentice is an active team member of the Boudry site supply chain team.

He/she is contributing to the execution of the production planning defined by the master planner of the manufacturing site.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Translate Supply plans into detailed scheduled planning on a daily basis within the frozen period
- Manage the detailed scheduling for assigned work-centers and follow-up on executions including non-routine requests
- Follow up the daily operations with all stakeholders (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Production, Warehouse, etc.).

**Soft skills**
- Fluent in French and English
- Solution-oriented
- MS Office proficiency (Excel)
- Track Work Orders from their creations to their completions
- Manage priorities based on business requirements and constraints with stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders, not limited to, all variations and support the transition to success
- Accountable for all assigned change control tasks and implementation due dates
