Warehouse Operator

To supplement the Production Department, we are looking for a full time Warehouse Operator in our Goshen, NY plant.

Warehouse Operator

**Tasks, Responsibilities, Competencies**
- Perform warehouse duties as guided by Lead Operator:

- Stage truck loads, scan loads, and load trucks
- Unload trucks, receive materials, and put the materials in appropriate locations
- Operate the filling line, load and unload filling line
- Transfer product into alternate containers
- Perform all UPS receipts, and prepare outbound UPS shipments
- Perform Maintenance tasks as guided by Lead Operator
- Work with team members to ensure designated service level is achieved and notify Lead Operator if service level is, or could be, compromised
- Responsible for housekeeping, 5S and KPIs (OTIF, safety, etc)
- Responsible to report any non-conformance or EHS-incidents or near misses, to Lead Operator, ESHQ Manager and Plant Manager
Perform any other task assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience (at least 1 year)
- Chemical handling experience preferred
- Some maintenance experience preferred
- Physical requirements: lifting (55 lbs), bending, climbing ladders, riding forklifts
- Possess basic computer skills: Outlook and Word
- Forklift trained preferred
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Compliance with OSHA
- Be a self-starter and take initiative
- Demonstrate ability to perform all assigned tasks without errors, within allocated time
