**General mission of the Position**:
The Export Transport Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the transport of the machines, modules & products manufactured in Switzerland as well as the 3rd parties shipments, tooling and Spare Parts.
The Export Transport Specialist is also responsible for the coordination of the transport of the spare parts from our site located in Grenchen and will be the back up of the Export Transport Special in charge of the machines and modules shipments.
- lnternal shipping invoices
- Packing list
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss customs system (GTS)
- Transport orders
- Status tracking, reporting, follow up
- Collection & archiving of documents
- Coordination with all stakeholders, Local Entities, sales, finance, production, SC, external auditors,4PL, carriers
- Data collection & preparation of statistics/KPls
- Process optimization & implementation (eg testing of new processes)
**Goals and responsibilities**:
- Timely & correct preparation of the transport & associated documents for our customer orders
- Aggregation of status of transport & reporting to related stakeholders
- Collection & archiving of transport documents in digital / physical as required
- Support of secondary tasks such as financial audits, data aggregation, process optimization & implementation
- Active cooperation /communication with related local & global Bobst departments (Customer service, BUSV, Sales, LEs. Production sites )
**Profile**:
- Formation de base : Commercial and technical
- Connaissances particulières : Competence with respect to actual Swiss customs laws with CE & world wide
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : MS Office, SAP, Excel
- Maîtrise des langues : French, English (fluent), German (fluent)

**An asset**:
- Formation complémentaire, spécialisation : Master / Export specialist certificate
