STANDARD BUSINESS ANALYST

**Responsiblites -**
- Identify the initial service request drivers
- Collect requirements with all Stakeholders
- Validate requirement and possible implementation with the JiraSM SaaS (Atlassian Cloud) version
- Work with the ESM Platform Owner and the PM to articulate a plan of delivery
- Drive the validation of implementation with use cases and acceptance Tests'
- Actively participate in weekly update sessions
- Analyze and document business processes in relation to ESM requirements, by interacting with the
relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and document clear and unambiguous business requirements, functional specifications, using
appropriate tools.
- Identify and propose adequate configuration of the JiraSM SaaS Product that do not conflict with other
stakeholders of other Business Units.
- Identify and propose business process-related improvements and optimizations taking into account the
shift to JiraSM.
- Take on an active role to assist the ESM Platform Owner and the project manager in the project followup and implementation, including setting up a roadmap, milestones, and timelines.
- Actively participate in weekly update and other relevant project sessions.
