**Job description**:
Are you an HR professional with a passion for the industrial sector, ready to make an impact in a dynamic organization? Talenteeds, an international executive and expert recruitment agency, is partnering with a leading company in Geneva to find a dedicated HR Manager specializing in non-management HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage HR administrative tasks such as personnel files, documentation, and records.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee development and engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist employees with HR matters.

**Profile**:

- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- ** HR Experience**: At least 2-3 years of HR experience, including HR administrative tasks.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to handle various HR tasks efficiently.
