The Quality Project Trainee will be a support of the quality team in the target to improve and upgrade of the quality standards. To challenge process, management system though the quality project.
**Job Description**:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quality standards and operations - for “Packaging specifications”
- Pilot Packaging team meetings to drive quality continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze the existing solution for packaging components and watches.
- Propose enhancements, and rigorously assess the effectiveness of the suggested solution.
- Establish standards and document them in defined processes.
- Contribute to projects related to sustainable development initiatives.
Supplier Quality Assurance
- Process Audit Management
- Develop a comprehensive definition of process audits: internal and external.
- Establish an audit reference framework in alignment with specifications and company objectives.
- Conduct internal audits covering the entire spectrum of production and assembly processes.
- Ensure clear documentation of all corrective actions and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Define future milestones and requirements throughout the evolution of the audit process, actively monitoring and managing project progression.
Digital and media control tools
- Propose and innovate new digital and high-tech control methods and tools.
- Revise quality standards accordingly to align with the updated processes.
Job requirements
- Ongoing Engineer/ Master education, or equivalent in industrial management, quality, process engineering, standardization (internship agreement required).
- You enjoy working with many interfaces, communicating, and finding creative solutions to various challenges in interdisciplinary teams both internally and externally.
- You have an analytical, solution-oriented personality and self-contained.
- Fluent in French and English.
- 6 months internship
