Durant ton Trainee, tu fais partie des équipes du Product Management et de l’Actuariat qui sont en charges de contribuer au développement ainsi qu’à la tarification des produits dans le domaine de la prévoyance privée.
Ta mission commence le 1er octobre 2024 et dure 1 an.

Ce que tu peux réaliser chez nous

Ta tâche principale consiste à améliorer et à participer à la création de produits d’assurances.
Dans ce contexte, tu analyses les produits et services existants en assurance vie individuelle ainsi que leur positionnement sur le marché.
Enfin tu participes aux activités des services, notamment au niveau du monitoring des ventes et des calculs actuariels.Ce que tu apportes
- Master en sciences actuarielles ou en finance avec des connaissances actuarielles
- Bonnes connaissances de plusieurs langages de programmation comme par exemple R ou VBA
- Intérêt pour les aspects liés au développement de produits dans la globalité (technique actuarielle et approche besoin du client) et pour le domaine des assurances
- Personnalité curieuse, dynamique et dotée d’un esprit d’initiative
- Approche du travail orientée solutions et sens du travail en équipe
- Très bonnes connaissances du français et solides connaissances en allemand

Ton taux d'occupation est négociable à partir de 80%. %. Le salaire annuel s’élève à CHF CHF 79’300., 13ème salaire inclus. De plus, nous t’offrons une participation mensuelle de CHF 120 à ta prime d’assurance maladie sur la base d’un taux d’activité à plein temps de 100%.
