**Your challenge****:

- 1st level support for external and internal customers (phone and mail)
- Preparation and dispatch of e-banking access data
- Preparation of documentation such as reports, statistics

**Your profile****:

- High IT affinity, service and quality awareness
- Communicative, reliable, resilient personality with initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact in the international banking environment
- Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Experience in the banking environment (online banking) and or support
