Supervisor Machining

Your tasks
- Lead and coach the allocated staff
- Monitor the working and job hours including indirect hours for the affected organisation and thereby assure an optimized staff allocation to the events and a high production grade
- Instruct staff about any quality deviation, verbal review, occurrences, audit findings and customer complaints and define necessary measures if any required
- Assure that all working methods are fulfilled and defined working procedures including safety procedures are met
- Actively communicate information to staff
- Plan Service time / Time schedule
- PMP standards
- CTC (Critical to Cost)
- CTQ (Critical to Quality)
- Continuously improve and develop further SMS
- 5S, Lean Six Sigma

**Profile**:

- Education: Higher Technical Education
- Working experience in appropriate leadership position is desired
- Working experience on Engine parts and aircraft parts
- 5-8 Years in a base or heavy maintenance environment
- Basic IT knowledge (SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge about planning procedures and maintenance program contents and set up
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- A minimum English level of B2 and German level A2
- Knowledge about LSS / 5S
