Für unseren Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche in Bern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Technical Writer.

Damit sich die Benutzer der neu entstehenden Plattform für die Entwicklung neuer Versicherungsprodukte schnell zurecht finden und effizient arbeiten können, suchen wir eine:n technische:n Redakteur:in für die Erstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen und attraktiven Anwenderhandbuchs. Mit diesem Anwenderhandbuch sollen die Benutzer in der Lage sein, die neuen Funktionalitäten effizient und effektiv in der Produktgestaltung nutzen zu können. Die Position wird von einem IT Architekten unterstützt und arbeitet mit Software Entwicklern, Quality Engineers, Usability-Experten, Produktentwicklern und Produktmanager zusammen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Analyse der Plattform in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Architekten und Fachvertreter, um ein umfassendes Verständnis der Dokumentationsanforderungen zu erhalten
- Erarbeitung einer Informationsarchitektur, welche sicherstellt, dass die Dokumentation einerseits die Benutzer publikumsgerecht unterstütz und andererseits die Ownership der einzelnen Kapitel in den Verantwortlichen Entwicklungsteams verankert
- Erstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Dokumentationen, die geltende Normen einhalten und für das vorgesehene Publikum angemessen sind
- Schreiben von leicht verständlichen Anleitungen, Online-Hilfen und Entwicklerleitfäden
- Erstellung von Tutorials, um den Benutzern bei der Verwendung einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen zu helfen
- Befähigung der Entwicklungsteams die geforderte Dokumentation zu erstellen, sie aktuell zu halten und dabei das vorgesehene Publikum angemessen zu adressieren
- Analyse bestehender und potenzieller Inhalte, Schwerpunkt auf der Wiederverwendung und auf Single-Sourcing-Gelegenheiten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Universitätsabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaft oder ähnlichem Bereich bevorzugt
- Von Vorteil: nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Schreiben von technischer Softwaredokumentation
- Fähigkeit, qualitativ hochwertige und detailgenaue Dokumentation zu liefern
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte schnell zu erfassen und sie in Texten und Bildern einfach verständlich zu machen
- Grundlegende Vertrautheit mit der SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- und Softwareentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
