Strategisches und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sind für Dich selbstverständlich und Du verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben sind u.a.**:

- Kalkulation von Bedachungsangeboten
- Erstellen von Devis Bedachungen und Holzbau, mit dem Schwerpunkt Sanierungen
- Beratung der Bauherrschaft, Architekten und Planer
- Definition von Projektmeilensteinen
- Pflege und Ausbau eines anspruchsvollen Kundenstammes
- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen und technischen Bereinigungen mit Kunden
- Evaluation und Pflege von wichtigen Partnern/Lieferanten und Key-Kunden

**Was Du mitbringst...***
- Ausbildung Dachdecker*in oder Zimmer*in
- Erfahrung in der Kalkulation
- Flair für Zahlen, vernetztes Denken, analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter und/oder mit Holzbau sinnvoll
