Tasks

Establishing lean principles in the operational areas as well as developing and implementing lean tools to achieve long-term and short-term business goals

Close cooperation with the project management, marketing and sales team in the development of project proposals and plans based on customer requirements

Continuous analysis and evaluation of existing business processes along the value chain

Use Kaizen to increase the quality, delivery reliability and productivity of the operations organization

Exemplify the Kaizen culture, including the preparation, management and follow-up of Kaizen workshops as well as lean training for employees

**Requirements**:
Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a comparable qualification

At least three years of professional experience in lean management in operational and administrative areas and one year of leadership or project management experience

Agile knowledge and Kaizen culture knowledge is an advantage

Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a confident and respectful demeanour

Independent way of working and a strong "hands-on" mentality

Professional working proficiency in German
