Director Quality Operations (m/w/d)
- Altstätten, WAGNER International AG, CH, 9450- Unbefristet- Vollzeit- Deine Aufgaben:
- Als Director Quality Operations bist Du verantwortlich für die **disziplinarische und fachliche Führung** sowie für die **Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung** am Standort in Altstätten.
- Die **Überwachung **der Serienqualität inklusive **Shopfloor Management**, die Qualitätssicherung in der Montage und der CNC-Fertigung sowie die Wareneingangskontrolle und Messmittelüberwachung sind elementare Aufgaben dieser Abteilung.
- Du leitest nachhaltige Korrektur
- und Präventivmassnahmen zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität ein, erstellst Reportings und Kennzahlen und leitest daraus die richtigen Schlüsse und Massnahmen ab.
- Das **lokale Complaint Management** inklusive der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Produktüberwachungen und Produktaudits nehmen ebenfalls einen hohen Stellenwert in deinem Verantwortungsbereich ein.
- Zusätzlich unterstützt du das Qualitätsmanagement, die Lenkung von Dokumenten, du überwachst die **Umsetzung von ISO9001 und ISO14001 Audits**. In Entwicklungsprojekten unterstützt du das Projektteam mit deiner Fachexpertise.
- An den **lokalen Q-Zielen** und an der Umsetzung der globalen Qualitätsstrategie arbeitest du aktiv mit.
- Dein Profil:
- Du verfügst über eine **technische Grundausbildung** (z.B. im Bereich Mechanik, Mechatronik oder Elektronik). Eine **Weiterbildung im technischen Umfeld und der Qualitätssicherung /-Management** hast Du ebenfalls erfolgreich absolviert.
- Während Deiner mehrjährigen Berufspraxis konntest Du **fundierte Erfahrungen in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung** eines Teams im Kontext der Qualitätssicherung sammeln und fühlst Dich in der **Mitarbeiterführung **wie auch in Technischen Herausforderungen sicher.
- In der **Lieferantenentwicklung **sowie mit den gängigen Qualitätsstandards (ISO9001, ISO14001) und Tools zur Qualitätsplanung kennst du dich bestens aus.
- Die **deutsche und englische **Sprache beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift, um sich auch in internationalen Teams sicher verständigen zu können.
- In der Anwendung des **SAP**, im Speziellen des **Q.Moduls**, fühlst du dich sicher und erfahren.
- Du bist nicht nur ein **Teamplayer**, sondern zeichnest dich auch durch deine offene Art, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine weitsichtige und vernetzte Denkweise aus. Darüber hinaus besitzt du ausgeprägte **soziale Kompetenzen** und überzeugst durch deine kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
