**Responsibilities**:

- You are analytical: Drive data-analysis and insight for preparation of Excel reports. Analysis to be performed may include market analyses and projections, assessment of competitive positions and business plans
- You can stitch a narrative: Prepare reports and presentations for steering committee/Division/ Corporate review. Reports can be regular or "as needed" You take ownership: Support project execution from the initial assessment of the opportunity, through detailed assessment (e.g. due diligence, charter description), until closing of the project. Support project teams with assigned analysis, contribute in discussions of strategic options and recommendations
- You organically lead: Support project managers and business management by owning Service management cadence (e.g. preparation for strategy workshops, meetings etc.). Actively serve wider Service function on as-needed basis
- You are proactive and communicate & network: Ownership to build close ties across the organization (Business Units, Functions, Regions)

**Your background**:

- Strong business acumen, with an entrepreneurial mindset 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a Service business
- Prior insight in working with a complex, large, matrix organizations (either in-house Corporate Development role, or Management Consulting)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, macros e.g.), PowerPoint (think-cell)
- Can communicate effortlessly in English Willingness to unlearn, relearn, and reverse-mentor B.S. or M.S. in a technical, business, or scientific discipline / MBA preferred
