Proclinical are recruiting a Management Consultant: Information Security and Data Privacy for a consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Switzerland. The client is focused on providing management and technology consultancy services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the approval, coaching, and dissemination of security policies and techniques.
- Mediate with the enterprise architecture team to guarantee the alignment between the security and enterprise architectures, therefore arranging the methodical planning inherent in these architectures.
- You will develop, uphold and publish updated information to security policies, standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and business shareholders to outline metrics and document tactics that efficiently convey successes and progress of the security program.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of experience in an information security and data privacy position in a pharma, logistics, retail and manufacturing or consultancy corporation.
- Acquaintance with managing teams.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in the German and English languages.
- Comprehension of information risk ideas and principles as a means of connecting business requirements to security controls.
- Comprehension of information security notions, protocols, industry best practices and methods.
- Familiarity working alongside legal, audit and compliance personnel.
- Prior involvement in developing and upholding policies, processes, standards and regulations.
- Acquaintance with present security standards, such as ISO/IEC, etc., and with the execution of GDPR, compliance/data privacy, etc.
