- und Einzelhandelsaktivitäten in ganz Europa. In der Funktion des HR-Generalist spielst du eine wichtige Rolle und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die gesamten HR- Prozesse und gestaltest diese aktiv mit.

**Your mission**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die einwandfreie administrative Abwicklung des Mitarbeitenden Life Cycle
- Du verantwortest zusammen mit dem externen Treuhänder die Lohnverarbeitung inkl. Sozialversicherungen, Kinderzulagen, Quellensteuern, Krankheit
- oder Unfallmanagement.
- Du bist direkter Ansprechperson für sämtliche Anliegen der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
- Du förderst den Aufbau und Ausbau der HR-Prozesse und koordinierst HR-Projekte
- Du unterstützt mit deine „Hands-On“ Mentalität bei diversen organisatorischen Aufgaben innerhalb des Unternehmens

**Your profile**:

- Du bringst für diese Position eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich (HR-Fachausweis oder gleichwertige Ausbildung) mit.
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen sowie erste Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung sammeln.
- Du zeichnest sich durch ein positives und offenes Mindset aus und hast einen ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken.
- Du besitzt eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Struktur
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu agieren
- Du sprichst fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
