**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du bist den Entwicklungen der Branche immer einen Schritt voraus und verfolgst aufmerksam die neuesten Trends
- Die Inacta ist bei Spitälern schweizweit bekannt und verfügt über ein enormes Netzwerk im Health-Bereich. Du nutzt dieses Netzwerk aktiv, um neue Projekte zu gewinnen, bestehende Kontakte zu pflegen und das Netzwerk kontinuierlich auszubauen
- Du übernimmst die unternehmerische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie, die das Wachstum und die Rentabilität der Unit "Health" fördert. Dabei wirst du nicht nur attraktiv am Erfolg der Unit, sondern auch des gesamten Unternehmens beteiligt
- Mit deinem ausgeprägten Qualitätsanspruch entwickelst du kreative Lösungen für komplexe Problemstellungen
- Du bist Vorbild und führst auch dementsprechend. Mit deinem modernen Führungsstil rekrutierst und entwickelst du Talente, die sich langfristig bei Inacta engagieren möchten

Du verfügst über 10+ Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Consulting in der Health-Branche und bist als Ansprechpartner in der Schweiz bekannt
Du hast ein umfassendes Verständnis von IT-Systemen und Software, welche im Gesundheitswesen und insbesondere in Spitälern zum Einsatz kommen, darunter: elektronische Patientenakten, Krankenhausinformationssystemen als auch Bildarchivierungs
- und Kommunikationssystemen. Du kennst dich bestens mit dem Datenmanagement inkl. der Datenintegration, Datenverwaltung und auch dem Datenschutz im Gesundheitswesen aus
- Du kennst die Prozesse, Kernsysteme und Kernlösungen der Health-Branche und verstehst die gesamte Komplexität der digitalen Transformation
Du besitzt ein hohes Mass an fachlichen Erfahrungen in der Health-Branche und kannst Herausforderungen im Fach ausgezeichnet besprechen
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie für Spitäler und in der Gesundheitsbranche im Allgemeinen ist ein Muss. Du besitzt einen starken Geschäftssinn, mit dem du das Wachstum und die Profitabilität deiner Unit gewährleistest
