Sous la direction du Responsable Technique et Engineering, vous assurez l'entretien et le développement des infrastructures Bâtiment et Énergies du site, hors maintenance des équipements de production. Vous supervisez une équipe dédiée aux Énergies, ainsi que les services Nettoyage et Conciergerie. Votre leadership, votre expertise technique et votre gestion efficace des partenaires externes sont essentiels pour garantir la performance et la conformité du site.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Organiser et optimiser la maintenance des infrastructures Énergies et Bâtiments.
- Encadrer et développer une équipe de 15 collaborateurs, avec un focus sur l'atteinte des objectifs et l'amélioration continue.
- Superviser les partenaires externes et collaborer avec le service Engineering sur les projets d'amélioration.
- Contrôler les processus, les coûts et les indicateurs, et assurer un reporting précis.
- Gérer la consommation et la performance énergétique en participant activement au groupe Énergie.
- Soutenir l'Assurance Qualité lors des qualifications et validations d'équipements.

**Votre profil**:

- ** Formation**: Ingénieur HES ou équivalent, idéalement complété par un diplôme en Facility Management ou Maintenance.
- ** Expérience**: Environnement GMP ou industriel (pharma, agroalimentaire, horlogerie, microtechnique).
- ** Expertise**: Équipements Utilities (HVAC, eau pure, vapeur, gaz médicaux) et infrastructures Bâtiment (CVC, plomberie, construction).
- ** Outils**: Maîtrise des logiciels de GMAO (SAP-PM ou similaire).
- ** Langues**: Français et Anglais (B2 minimum), l'Allemand est un plus.
