**Exhibition Architect**

Reporting to the Brand Experience Creative Lead, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating managing all temporary architecture for the Maison on an international level.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Design and follow up all exhibitions, temporary presence, pop up and special Maison projects as well with our partners.
- Lead feasibility studies
- Coordinate all internal departments and stakeholders to ensure the quality of the design and the respect of deadlines and budgets.
- Propose ideas, technical solutions and correct materials and furniture
- Scout Brief and lead the tender process to select the right suppliers and negotiate the deals
- Ensure the follow-up of the budget and schedules, flag issues and adapt the plans as necessary
- Check and follow the proper execution of the construction and production
- Validate prototypes and monitor furniture production
- Monitor international deliveries, coordinate assembly with international teams and local authorities
- Manage merchandising stocks and warehouse items
- Create precise process and guidelines.

**YOUR PROFILE**:#DaretobeRare**
- You have a degree in architecture, interior design or related fields and minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role, experience in the luxury industry is a plus
- You master Autocad, creative suite, Microsoft office and 3d
- You set yourself apart through your creativity and eye for details
- You are a project manager by nature: Proactive, autonomous, and organized, you know how to engage and communicate with all stakeholders and know how to achieve your goals in a graceful way
- You have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, are agile and are able to ‘do more with less’
- You are not afraid to negotiate and always keep your solution-oriented mindset
- You speak and write fluent English and French, any other languages are of course a plus
