- Über die Rolle

Als Head of Digital Experience für die Schweiz leitest Du ein dynamisches Team von über 120 Fachpersonen. 14 Team Leads berichten direkt an Dich. Diese Rolle geht über das reine Management hinaus - es geht darum, eine visionäre Führungspersönlichkeit zu sein, die das Geschäftswachstum durch aussergewöhnliche digitale Erlebnisse vorantreibt.

Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg
- Gestaltung der strategischen Vision: Entwickle und setze die lokale Strategie für unsere Digital Experience Practice um, die sich mit unserer globalen Vision abstimmt, um signifikantes Geschäftswachstum in der Schweiz zu erzielen.
- Führung von Hochleistungsteams: Inspiriere und leite ein vielfältiges Team von UX-Designern, Business-Analysten, Ingenieuren, Architekten und Consultants, um herausragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Geschäftsentwicklung vorantreiben: Arbeite eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen, um überzeugende Vorschläge zu erstellen und neues Geschäft durch innovative Design
- und Technologielösungen zu gewinnen.
- Kundenbeziehungen pflegen: Vertiefe bestehende und baue neue Kundenbeziehungen auf, indem Du ihre digitalen Bedürfnisse verstehst und sie zu erfolgreichen Ergebnissen führst.
- Globale Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unserem globalen DX-Führungsteam zusammen, um Wissen auszutauschen, Best Practices zu teilen und eine kooperative Umgebung über internationale Märkte hinweg zu fördern.

- Erfahrung in leitender Position: 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung grosser, leistungsstarker Digital-Experience-Teams.
- Nachgewiesener Erfolg: Nachgewiesener Erfolg bei der Steigerung des Geschäftswachstums durch strategische digitale Erfahrungslösungen.
- Expertise: Fundiertes Verständnis für Trends, Technologien und Methoden digitaler Erfahrungen.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um Designkonzepte und -strategien klar zu vermitteln.
- Vorkenntnisse im Vertrieb: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Vertriebsaktivitäten, Erstellung überzeugender Vorschläge und Gewinnung von Kundenzusagen.
- Kooperative Denkweise: Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen Führungsteam, mit Leidenschaft für den Wissensaustausch und kontinuierliches Lernen.
- Thought Leadership: Aktive Beteiligung an der breiteren Diskussion über Digital Experience, Wissensaustausch und Innovation.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch.
