Sales Coordinator

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Project organization and support (materials, orders, training, etc.)
- Management of external agencies (quotes, interactions, etc.)
- Independent handling and responsibility for invoice control (POs, invoices, etc.)
- Support for events (contract creation, logistics/travel, POs, etc.)
- Handling the storage and stocking of promotional materials
- Responsible for contract administration: creation and management of customer contracts, recording special conditions, checking KUKO invoices, organizing filing, etc.
- Support for the sales force: handling various inquiries and concerns
- Monitoring and control function in the area of compliance => adherence to BU SOPs and compliance checks (in close collaboration with the Head of Sales)

**Essential Requirements**:
- Customer orientation, friendliness, and service orientation
- Teamwork,, open communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding and interest in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Good sense and understanding of compliance
- Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills in both languages
- French and Italian are advantageous
