Présent en Suisse depuis 1997 à Genève, Talan Suisse compte aujourd’hui près de 150 collaborateurs. Initialement investi dans le secteur financier, Talan s’est développé ces dernières années dans les secteurs de l’horlogerie, des assurances, des médias et des services.

Description du poste

En qualité de Project Change Manager votre mission principale sera de piloter le change management dans plusieurs projets liés à la Cybersécurité.
- Analyser la clart
- des projets afin de valider leurs compréhensions de la part des futurs utilisateurs ;
- Définir les différents profils d’utilisateurs pour anticiper les différents leviers de résistance et d’adhésion ;
- Définir une méthode et un plan d’accompagnement ciblé en fonction de la culture d’entreprise, des projets et des utilisateurs ;
- Simplifier les jargons et vulgariser les éléments complexes ;
- Mettre en œuvre le plan de conduite du changement ;
- Suivre les actions liées aux activités de change management ;
- Guider la création du contenu de la communication et collaborer avec le département de communication interne ;
- Collaborer avec le département L&D pour établir les contenus de formation ;
- Accompagner les parties prenantes du projet, agir en qualité de coach

**Qualifications**:

- Vous avez plus de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dans un environnement de travail international et multiculturel ;
- Vous possédez minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion du changement dans des projets transverses et complexes ;
- Vous êtes idéalement certifié en gestion de projet ;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français avec un bon niveau d’anglais ;
- Vous disposez d’une bonne méthodologie en gestion du changement ;
- Vous maitrisez la notion de coaching (chef de projet, sponsor, coalition etc...) ;
- Vous bénéficiez d’une forte adhérence au changement ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière flexible et agile avec une bonne écoute.
- Vous disposez d’excellents connaissances en IT sur les sujets liés à la cybersécurité
