**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie bearbeiten eingehende Telefonate und E-Mails unserer Grosskunden und begeistern diese durch höchsten Service und Qualitätsstandards.
- Sie erstellen Angebote für neue Verträge und führen Vertragsaktivierungen durch.
- Sie bearbeiten Bestellungen und Aufträge schnellstmöglich und zu ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
- Sie sorgen für eine reibungslose und termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung.
- Sie beraten unsere Kunden umfassend über unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
- Sie ermitteln den individuellen Bedarf unserer Kunden und erstellen passende Angebote.
- Sie überzeugen unsere Kunden durch Ihre fachliche Kompetenz und Ihr Verkaufstalent.
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen und Beschwerden schnellstmöglich und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (wünschenswert)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice (von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kundenfreundlichkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen CRM-Systemen
- Führerschein Klasse B (wünschenswert) Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
