**DAS IST DEIN JOB**:
Mit dir zusammen bauen wir innerhalb der Goldbach Group AG eine neue Legal
- und Compliance
- Struktur auf. Hierfür suchen wir dich als Legal Counsel mit Schwerpunkt Datenschutzrecht (CH-DSG und GDPR).
Als neues Mitglied unseres Teams arbeitest du unter der Leitung und mit der Unterstützung des Compliance-Officers und des DPO Goldbach. Gleichzeitig berätst du in deinem Alltag die Management-Teams der Goldbach-Tochtergesellschaften und tauschst dich mit der Rechtsabteilung der TX Group AG aus.
Das Verantwortungsgebiet deiner neu geschaffenen Rolle umfasst insbesondere das Prüfen, Verhandeln und Erstellen von Verträgen mit Datenschutzbezug. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Leitung interner Datenschutzprojekte, kümmerst dich ums Thema Data Privacy Housekeeping und unterstützt bei der Beantwortung von Betroffenenrechtsanfragen.

**DAS BIST DU**:

- Du hast Lust, uns in dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle tatkräftig zu unterstützen.
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an einer Schweizer Hochschule.
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Jurist in einem Unternehmen der Privatwirtschaft, in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder im öffentlichen Dienst gesammelt.
- Du kennst dich in den relevanten Datenschutzgesetzgebungen und Regularien (insbesondere CH-DSG und GDPR) aus und hast ein Verständnis für Daten, - Datenverarbeitungsvorgänge/-flüsse und IT-Systemlandschaften.
- Dein Deutsch ist in Wort und Schrift einwandfrei. Zusätzlich kommunizierst du sehr gut in Englisch. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, jedoch kein Muss.
