- Souhaitez-vous démarrer une carrière dans le Wealth Management ? Avez-vous comme objectif de soutenir les clients dans la gestion de leur patrimoine ? Voulez-vous contribuer aux changements futurs de notre secteur ?
- Nous recherchons une nouvelle collègue ou un nouveau collègue qui:
- construise un partenariat de confiance avec nos clients, identifie leurs besoins et supervise la qualité de leurs investissements
- fournisse des solutions d'investissement de haute qualité en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe et les différents partenaires internes
- élabore un plan stratégique de développement du portefeuille avec des mesures concrètes
- se conforme à tous les règlements, directives et normes, et contribue à une culture du risque efficace en étant un partenaire de confiance

- Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe Private Wealth de Lausanne, un groupe de professionnels dynamiques et motivés à se développer.

**Ce que nous souhaitons**
- diplôme universitaire ou titre jugé équivalent
- une première expérience dans le service à la clientèle bancaire Suisse
- une solide expertise en produits et services financiers
- de la passion pour la vente et l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- orientation service, aptitude à offrir une expérience de conseil d'excellente qualité et capacité d'adaptation
- excellentes compétences en communication
- habileté à gérer la diversité culturelle, intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et ouverture à la digitalisation
- excellent niveau de français et d’anglais requis
