**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.You will participate in the distribution of the Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) offering, with a focus on Multi-Asset, in the Bank’s private wealth management division: efficiently market DPM solutions and become one of the go-to experts for the Front in investment content matters. You will create content and drive and promote the existing DPM offering as well as run campaigns on new strategy launches in collaboration with Product Management and Content Management. You also provide support to the Front in their client DPM servicing to acquire or retain assets under management.**Your role**:

- Play an active role in the distribution of DPM solutions with a focus on multi-asset solutions, including responsible investing ones
- Liaise and partner with the different portfolio managers to ensure coherency in the distribution of the full range of DPM solutions.
- Participate in different communication forums (morning calls, webinars, zone and team meetings, ad-hoc one-to-ones) in order to promote the distribution of DPM solutions.
- Maintain the DPM offering by keeping various Investment Solutions publications fresh and up to date.- Develop and run campaigns supporting the launch of new DPM strategies.
- Establish strong partnership with the Front, providing input and support for client meetings, investment proposals, specific client reporting and marketing efforts.
- Liaison with onshore locations to identify needs and priorities.
- Establish strong partnerships with Investment Content Management, Product Management & Strategy and Product & Service Marketing in order to reinforce the links between the DPM shelf and internal/external clients.
- Support Portfolio Managers and Investment Specialists in their marketing efforts.
- On a case-by-case basis - ensure coverage of specific large DPM clients (reporting and servicing) to reinforce tier 1 relationships (retention, acquisition of additional assets).
- Help educate new staff - relationship managers or investment specialists - on the DPM offering.

**Your profile**:

- Approximately 10 years’ experience in finance in either investment management, sales and trading or research.
- Fluency in French and English. Other languages are a plus.
- Solid investment knowledge across asset classes, particularly in multi-asset portfolio construction.
- Knowledge in responsible investing and sustainable finance is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to articulate a short and convincing pitch. Excellent public-speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate an investment story-line across asset classes, in line with the investment views of the Bank and taking advantage of market opportunities.
- Very good understanding of portfolio construction, investment processes and risk management approaches.
- A clear focus on client servicing.
