We are seeking a highly skilled **Programme Manager** to drive our strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. **Project Management**
- Lead planning, resource allocation, goal setting, and deliverable definition for multiple concurrent projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and potential pitfalls.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, aligning with business and customer objectives.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Leadership.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure alignment and transparency.

**Leadership**
- Coordinate cross-functional and departmental teams to achieve objectives.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across diverse teams to drive successful outcomes.

**Analytical and Problem-Solving**
- Identify and implement process and product improvements.
- Align business processes with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Keep the Advisory Team informed about product updates, facilitating necessary training and communication.

**Technical Collaboration**
- Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to bridge technical and business needs.
- Utilize advanced Power BI skills for effective data visualization and decision-making support.

**Customer Experience**
- Understand and address customer needs to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Support the Advisory Team in managing customer complaints and resolution efforts.
- Drive improvements to customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS and CSAT.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the SOC team to align advisory and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering teams (Development, Architecture, Machine Learning) to ensure customer expectations are met through effective product development and delivery.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in programme or project management within a technology-focused organization.
- Strong expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and project planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across technical and business domains.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Technical knowledge of MDR/MXDR operations and Microsoft security solutions is a strong plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in customer-centric roles with a focus on improving satisfaction metrics like NPS and CSAT.
- Familiarity with SOC operations and engineering workflows, including machine learning and architecture.
