Waitress

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Take orders accurately in both German and English.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the dishes and drinks.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Handle payments, process bills, and manage transactions efficiently.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in both German and English is required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Appearance**: Presentable and professional appearance.
