**Responsibilities**:

- Advise and support executives in B2B sales operations.
- Ensure flawless operational HR services and engage with HR departments when needed.
- Coach executives and teams in leadership and change situations.
- Support executives during change processes and drive organizational development.
- Implement HR processes, including salary reviews and performance appraisals.
- Analyze key figures and propose improvement measures.
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- University degree and/or HR education/training.
- Proven experience in consulting and mentoring executives.
- Strong knowledge of labor law.
- Quick comprehension and independent work style.
- Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in German and English; French is a plus.
