**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Die Disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung von 14 Mitarbeitenden gehört zu deinen Hauptaufgaben
- Budget, Ressourcen
- und Ausbildungsplanung sowie die Zielvereinbarungen mit den Mitarbeitenden liegen dir gut
- Du bist mit zuständig für die Gewinnung von Netzwerk
- und Security Projekte bei mittleren und grösseren Kunden
- Du arbeitest bei der Strategie-Entwicklung mit und rekrutierst neue Mitarbeiter
- Du übernimmst grosse Netzwerk
- und Security Kunden direkt und entlastest unseren Key Account Manager

**Deine Skills**:

- Mehrjährige **Führungserfahrung **sind ein muss und idealerweise sogar Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Netzwerktechnik
- Idealerweise verfügst du über praktische Erfahrung mit Lösungen des Security Herstellers **Fortinet **und Netzwerkherstellers **Extreme-Networks**:

- Bisherige Kenntnisse im Bereich **Cloud Netzwerk Architektur** sind von Vorteil
- Deine ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
