Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Development Quality Team Lead to join a brilliant biopharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Lausanne. Our client is focused on producing novel remedies that target high unmet medical requirements.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will guide/handle a team of clinical development quality leads guaranteeing suitable risk-based quality assistance at a project level.
- Participate in ideal CRO/Vendor selection and qualification procedures, examine pertinent CROs process throughout the selection process.
- Offer clinical development quality oversight and partake throughout CRO/Vendor governance meetings.
- Supervise and/or participate in compound-specific regulatory authority inspections/due diligence actions.
- You will drive efficient planning/project management of clinical development quality actions cross DPI portfolio.
- Designate dedicated compliance materials to sufficiently assist the respective clinical development actions.
- Guarantee sufficient audit/CAPA assistance of clinical development quality leads by supporting the DPI business shareholders to assure suitable CAPA formulation and follow-up.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 15 years of experience in an agile, mid-sized biopharmaceutical organisation with at least 10 years of it in Clinical Quality.
- Educated to a MS degree level in a scientific field.
- Capable of think tactically and driving to bring effectiveness and simplifications in day-to-day actions.
- Exhibited the skill to drive significant alterations in a clinical quality management organisation.
- Familiarity with tactical partnering with senior management and quality representatives.
- Know-how of data integrity and risk management such as assessment and mitigation.
- An international business way of thinking in a GCP expert and client field.
- Comprehension of present regulatory needs.
- Computer literacy with relevant softwares.
