Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. is currently recruiting for a Head of Digital Capabilities for our Supply Chain and Digital Transformation Office.

Role is located in Skillman, NJ or Zug, Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

You will focus on driving our Supply Chain Digital Transformation, while partnering end-to-end across Commercial and R&D to unlock greater business value and improvements in employee, customer, and consumer experiences. You will ultimately accountable for building and maturing various digital products that will transform our business, drive new ways of working, and deliver critical business outcomes. The role will lead and grow a strong team of digital capability owners, product owners, and business analysts who will define and deliver digital capability roadmaps.

**You will**:

- Deeply understand overall business strategy and find opportunities to generate incremental value through digital capabilities and solutions
- Develop digital capability / product roadmaps to accelerate business growth and provide competitive advantage
- Partner internally as well as externally to deliver digital solutions and embed them into day-to-day operational processes, monetizing intended outcomes.
- Provide strategic direction and lead the digital product development lifecycle, demonstrating design thinking concepts and principles (e.g., UX, empathy, prototyping) to anticipate and effectively address user needs
- Improve the end-to-end customer journey and employee engagement with industry-leading digital experiences
- Provide leadership and guidance on strategies for continuously innovating and evolving products and services throughout their lifecycle

**Qualifications**
- A Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Field of study within Engineering or a Science is preferred. Master of Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree and/or PhD is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in developing Supply Chain digital solutions is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of related business experience is required. A minimum of 5 of those years must be within the supply chain functional area
- Previous experience leading large program teams and/or organizations is required
- People leadership experience is required
- Experience leading large, cross-functional programs with executive visibility and many critical dependencies
- Thought leadership with an agile mindset experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication, and partnership skills is required.
- Demonstrated abilities to embrace technological changes and digital transformation with agility, positioning digital experimentation and failures as opportunities to develop meaningful insights and quickly pivot toward new ideas and approaches.
- Strong digital acumen, with deep knowledge of industry trends and digital, data, and technological advancements is required
- Prior experience leading digital transformation and driving capability maturity across enterprises is preferred
- Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack is preferred
- Experience with acquisitions and divestitures is preferred
- Experience in relevant industry is preferred: Consumer Products, Retail, Supply Chain, Strategy Consulting, and / or Digital is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
