**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du designst Prozesse von der Offertanfrage bis zur Umsetzung konzipieren
- Du führst regelmässige Kundenworkshops
- Du analysierst die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der Nutzergruppen
- Du baust und testest Prototypen
- Du sorgst für elegante Lösungen für komplexe Problemstellungen
- DU pflegst und entwicklest Guidlines weiter
- Du pflegst und entwickelst Guidelines weiter

**Deine Skills**:

- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in User Experience Research und Methoden
- Du bist vertraut mit den Prinzipien von Usability und User Centered Design
- Du verfügst über ein umfassendes Verständnis über Interface Design und UI Best Practices
- Du hast Kenntnisse über Accessibility
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, interaktive Prototypen zu bauen und in Benutzertests zu validieren
- Du hast Freude an Kundenkontakt und an kollaborativem Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
