**Junior Trade Finance Assistant**

**Tasks**:

- Administrative support for Trade Finance team in daily tasks.
- Booking financing costs in the respective systems.
- Updating of all trade finance information in the database.
- Assisting the Trade Finance team with the following tasks:

- presenting and following up on transactional financing matters with Kolmar’s financing banks.
- Issuing, amending and paying of import documentary letters of credit, standby letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- Checking and approving of presentations under letters of credit and claims under export and import documentary letters of credit, standby letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- approving of bank charges.

**Your professional profile**:

- Completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken, additional languages would be an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills would be an advantage.
- Some experience within the commodities or banking sector would be an advantage.
- Some experience in letters of credit would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
