Short Range Planner

With more than 25 brands Estée Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its skincare, make-up, fragrances and haircare products. In Switzerland, ELC has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA.
Due to the strong growth of ELC we are now hiring a Short Range Planner who will join our Planning team based in Lachen, Schwyz.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Prepare and actively participate in the day-to-day scheduling meeting, the weekly production meetings / bulk planning meetings and supply planning meetings, with the aim of attaining the agreed production plan and pre-set service
- Ensure that shipments reach customers on time by monitoring the shipments (inter-plant WIP)
- Create deliveries to deploy products to the demanding DC’s
- Take responsibility for Supply Attainment for the production departments and work with other stakeholders to attain the targets (Production, Materials Planning and Brand Supply Management)
- Plan and coordinate production plans, taking into account the requirements to be fulfilled to bring the agreed production plan to fruition as efficiently as possible
- Organize and monitor external production processes
- Monitor and make recommendations to relevant master data in SAP (e.g. cost output, SQP, MOQ, phase in/ phase out)
- Aim to attain optimal stock levels for the intermediates
- Organize use up phase out items where possible

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar planning-related role
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
- Knowledge and experience in SAP APO/ ECC
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
